1986 has a bit more technology than 1953 but not by much.
Gutted and ready for sanding. This TV will require a 30 gallon fish tank.
Cutting the top off this one required that the whole front panel be taken out.
So after getting the top and the front panel seperated, I was able to put the hinges on.
Next is a light sanding of all surfaces.
Now that its been sanded and re-stained, it's time to attach the light.
Put the 30 gallon tank in.
reattached the back of the t.v.
And this one is done. Now it just needs fish.
